Can I book Palms at Park directly?

How many homes does Palms at Park offer?

Palms at Park offers two private luxury Palm Springs homes: Palms at Park Villa and 5 Palms Estate.

Are the homes shared with each other?

No. The homes are adjacent, but they are fully private and separate. No amenities are shared. Each home has its own pool, spa, fire pit, outdoor space, and gated privacy.

Rates, fees, and cancellation

Are rates and availability live?

Yes. Guests can check availability, see real-time pricing, and book directly online.

How much can I save by booking direct?

Direct booking avoids third-party platform service fees and can save guests up to 15.5% compared with major rental platforms.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms are outlined in the rental agreement. Current FAQ/rental-agreement structure states that 50% is due if canceling 60+ days before check-in and 100% is due if canceling fewer than 60 days before check-in. Exact legal wording lives in the rental agreement and booking flow.

Pool, spa, and outdoor areas

Is each pool private?

Yes. Each home has its own private saltwater pool, spa / hot tub, fire pit, outdoor living space, and walled or gated setting. No amenities are shared.

Is pool heating available?

Yes. Pool heating is optional and currently listed as $139/night for the duration of the stay.

Is spa heating included?

Yes. Spa heating is complimentary and on demand.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Does every bedroom have a bathroom?

Yes. Every bedroom in both homes has an en-suite bathroom.

Does every bedroom have outdoor access?

Yes. Every bedroom in both homes has direct outdoor access.

Why does this matter for groups?

It removes one of the biggest compromises in group travel. Guests do not have to negotiate shared bathrooms or awkward room assignments. Everyone has a private bedroom-and-bathroom space within one shared home.

Amenities

What kitchen supplies are included?

Kitchens include cookware, dinnerware, glassware, utensils, knives, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, Keurig, starter supplies, basic pantry items, and a gas barbecue grill.

Is Wi-Fi included?

Yes. Wi-Fi is 100 Mbps or faster with mesh coverage.

Is laundry available?

Yes. Each home has a washer/dryer and starter laundry supplies.

What TV and entertainment setup is included?

Each home has Roku/AppleTV in the living room and primary bedroom, plus Spectrum cable in guest suites.

Is EV charging available?

Yes. Tesla / EV charging is complimentary.

Pets and optional services

Are pets allowed?

Pets are considered case by case and require approval. The current pet fee is $495 per animal per stay.

Is housekeeping available?

Yes. Optional housekeeping is available. Palms at Park Villa housekeeping is $295/day. 5 Palms Estate housekeeping is $345/day.

Is early check-in or late checkout available?

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $495.

Occupancy and parking

What are the occupancy limits?

Palms at Park Villa allows up to 10 adults plus 2 children age 12 or younger. 5 Palms Estate allows up to 12 adults plus 2 children age 12 or younger.

How many vehicles are allowed?

Palms at Park Villa allows up to 5 vehicles. 5 Palms Estate allows up to 6 vehicles.

Longer stays

Are monthly or extended stays available?

Yes. Monthly and extended-stay rates are available.

Are stays over 28 nights taxed differently?

Stays over 28 nights are not subject to occupancy taxes.

How do utilities work for longer stays?

Stays of 28 nights or more require a deposit and exclude utilities. Utilities are complimentary for stays under 28 nights.

Rules, visitors, and Palm Springs requirements

Are visitors allowed?

Only registered guests are permitted unless visitors are approved in advance.

Are events or parties allowed?

Events, parties, and unapproved gatherings are not permitted. Palms at Park is designed for private stays and celebrations among registered guests, not events or parties.

Are there outdoor music or noise rules?

Yes. Palm Springs outdoor music, noise, visitor, and quiet-hour rules apply. Full details should be reviewed in the rental agreement and booking materials.

Are there cameras or noise monitors?

Exterior Nest cameras and outdoor noise monitors are present. There are no interior cameras.

After you book

What happens after I book?

After booking, guests complete the signed rental agreement, ID verification, and guest list within 24 hours. The Palms at Park team then provides the details needed for a smooth arrival and stay.
